Conditions of participation and data protection information for the Instagram competition
"Competition #PaperAndSonsWinAPaperbag"
Paper & Sons GbR, Ludwig-Essinger-Str.12, 74080 Heilbronn, as the organizer, is responsible for the competition and is hereinafter referred to as "the operator".
The competition has no connection to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the data provided by the participants is not Instagram, but the operator.
By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the conditions of participation and data protection information listed here. If the participant violates the conditions of participation or attempts technical manipulation, the operator can exclude the participant from the competition. In such a case, prizes can also be withdrawn and reclaimed retrospectively.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Participation through competition clubs or other commercial service providers is excluded. The prizes will only be sent within Germany and Austria.
Only persons with a valid postal address in Germany or Austria who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of Paper & Sons GbR and their relatives are excluded from participating in the competition.
1st participation
The competition “Paper & Sons paper backpack competition” starts on October 31, 2020 and ends on October 5, 2020 11:59 pm (implementation period). Participation in the competition requires following the @paperandsons profile and postponing a friend.
By tagging @paperandsons, the participant accepts the conditions of participation and data protection information listed here and agrees to the publication of his Instagram profile by the operator on Instagram if he wins.
The operator determines the winners by lot from all participants and notifies them within 72 hours of the end of the implementation period via Instagram by commenting in a post. The winners are requested to send their contact details correctly and truthfully using the method specified in the notification of the winnings in order to ensure that the prize is sent. If a winner does not respond to the winning notification via Instagram within 7 days or if the winner cannot be determined within 7 days, he or she will lose his entitlement to the prize and a replacement winner will be determined.
2. General
Should a third party infringe property rights (copyrights, personal rights, etc.) against the operator due to the duplication / publication of the comment (e.g. on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook or on the Paper & Sons homepage) by the operator assert, the participant is obliged to exempt the operator from all claims in this regard. The operator will immediately inform the participant about the assertion of such claims.
3. Profit
In the competition "#PaperAndSonsWinAPaperbag" the product Paper & Sons paper backpack will be raffled once.
4. Further provisions
Technical or other problems that are beyond the control are not subject to the liability of the operator.
The cash payment of the prizes is final, as is the legal process.
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation will continue to apply. The statutory provisions will take their place.
The operator reserves the right to change the conditions of participation and to cancel or end the competition early without giving reasons and at any time.
5. Data protection notice
Insofar as personal data of the participants (name, address, gender, user name, user identification number, networks, profile picture, cover picture and all other information that the participant shares publicly on Instagram) is recorded in the competition used and saved by the operator exclusively for carrying out the competition. A revocation is possible at any time; In this case, however, participation in the competition is excluded. The recorded data are used for clear identification and notification of the winnings in the event of a win, will be blocked for further use after the final processing of the competition (all winnings have been sent) and will be deleted after the retention periods under tax and commercial law have expired. The participant declares the correctness and completeness of the personal data provided. Incorrect and / or incorrect information can lead to exclusion from the competition. The participant can contact Paper & Sons GbR for questions about the collection, processing or use of their personal data as well as for information, correction, blocking or deletion of data.
