Can I get a sample in advance?

Yes, we can make a sample with the desired logo or lettering.

Can I completely customize the backpack / shopper according to my own CI?

Sure. All of our models can be customized to suit your desired corporate identity. There are numerous colors of kraft paper and linen fabrics to choose from.

How long does an order with custom printing take?

It takes 2-3 working days to produce the sample. After the sample has been approved, another 2-3 working days are needed to customize the print.

What happens if the print gets wet?

Water is not a problem, as the print is an organic laser engraving and cannot be washed off. The desired motif is lasered into the top layer of the kraft paper and cannot be washed out.

What are the requirements for the logo?

The logo can be provided in the common image formats (png, jpg). Depending on the size of the motif to be printed, the image resolution must be high enough. We recommend vector graphics to achieve the best result.

How large is the possible printing area for my logo?

In principle, the entire surface of the backpack / shopper can be printed.

Can the products be sent directly to my employees as a gift?

Individual shipping is possible. The products are lovingly packaged in butter paper and sent together with a personalized tree certificate .
